To update the firmware

Disconnect the pedal from both USB and the power supply, and ensure the pedal is off
Hold down the black button on the middle of the pedal.
While still holding down the button, connect the pedal to your computer with a USB-C cable.
The pedal should connect to your computer as a "USB Storage Device", and appear in Finder (MacOS) / Explorer (Windows)
Copy the .uf2 file across to the USB device.
Once the copy is complete, the device will abruptly disconnect from the computer (this can cause an error to pop up on screen, but this is normal).
The pedal should now reset itself and start running the new firmware.

Fixed incorrect mixing curve for chorus and micro-pitch which caused output volume to increase excessively when increasing the mix.
Compressor has been significantly overhauled
- Responds faster to very loud transients, similar to dbx 160x
- Soft-saturation on output reduces harshness of loud peaks
- Softer compression curve "knee".
- Significantly improved playability and responsiveness.
