To update the firmware
- Disconnect the pedal from both USB and the power supply, and ensure the pedal is off.
- Hold down the black button on the middle of the pedal.
- While still holding down the button, connect the pedal to your computer with a USB-C cable.
- The pedal should connect to your computer as a "USB Storage Device", and appear in Finder (MacOS) / Explorer (Windows).
- Copy the .uf2 file across to the USB device.
- Once the copy is complete, the device will abruptly disconnect from the computer (this can cause an error to pop up on screen, but this is normal).
- The pedal should now reset itself and start running the new firmware.
