Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@ghostnoteaudio.uk.
We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If requesting a "no-fault" return (meaning the items received were in good working condition and as advertised, but you have simply changed your mind), then the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to us at their own expense. Please also note that the original price of shipping is not refundable in this case.
Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our software offerings can not be returned. If you would like to evaluate our software before buying, please download and install a trial version of the application first before committing to a purchase.
Software licenses can be re-sold or migrated to new e-mail accounts. Please contact support@ghostnoteaudio.uk if you wish to do so.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
