Shipping policy

Products are usually shipped within 3 business days from time of purchase, but can take up to 5 business days during busy periods. We will send you an email update, notifying you when your product has been shipped.

Shipping within the UK is free for orders £100 and above. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24, and delivery is usually next day.

For other destinations, we offer world-wide shipping on all our products.

• A more economical Standard rate, using national postal carriers (Royal Mail, PostNL, NordPost, USPS, Deutsche Post, Canada Post, etc). Delivery times vary from 5-15 days, and are highly dependent on the efficiency of your local customs and postal services.
• We also offer DHL Express to almost all destinations. These are more expensive, but offer several benefits:
  • Faster delivery times. Normally next day delivery in Western Europe. 2-3 days for the rest of the world.
  • Better tracking and less chance of parcels being lost in transit (Something we always compensate for, but can add additional delay to your delivery, if it happens)
  • Carrier handles all import and customs work on your behalf, and provides an easy way for you to pay any outstanding fees upon import.
  • Much faster customs processing.

We do not collect any VAT or import duties for orders outside the UK, except for orders going to the United States. As the buyer, you are responsible for any additional charges that may occur during import.

We currently offer shipping to most of the world. If your country is not on our list, please contact us at support@ghostnoteaudio.uk and we'll see if we can get it quickly added!

Please monitor your shipment using the provided tracking details. It is your responsibility to collect the parcel from the post office, and to arrange for payment of customs fees.

Uncollected parcels that are returned to us will be refunded, excluding postage fees.
